In 2024 Chicago Power & Process sold its proprietary LNG vaporizer technology to Kennedy Tank & Manufacturing of Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.
Kennedy Tank is a fifth-generation family business established in 1898, located in Indianapolis, IN. Our 60+ ASME-certified welders specialize in fabricating the following:
• Pressure Vessels- ASME Pressure Vessels, Jacketed Pressure Vessels, Distillation Columns, and Custom Pressure Vessels
• Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger- Tubular Exchanger Manufacturer Association (TEMA)

In addition to that we have a regional field service team of 45+ field welders who specialize in the following:
